OK this took upwards of 12 hours, seriously 
I was trying out LOTS of new things here, including a two tutorials and some downloadable sparkle brushes for the water (which I will list at the bottom).
All in all, I am super proud of this, so please do NOT steal it or re-post it anywhere.
